Financial Management

Every board is charged with a fiduciary responsibility to review and understand the implications of financial reports and to use those reports to guide the thinking and decisions of the board. FPMR maintains the capacity to conduct daily bookkeeping activities, assist with budgeting exercises, manage the payables function, receive and process payments, and provide material assistance to auditors and third-party accounting firms who are preparing tax returns and other tax documentation.

Credit card merchant services, electronic payment processing, banking liaison activities, international payments and expense reimbursements, and special reports are also available through FPMR. FPMR’s staffing is sufficient to support key fraud prevention measures like segregation of duties and close adherence to authorizations and accounts payable policies.
