FPMR Status Report on COVID-19 Response

Like so many companies across the United States, FirstPoint has been making rapid adjustments to our work environment and technology infrastructure to meet the challenges posed by COVID-19. These changes include:
- Working with many of our clients to reschedule or cancel and refund registrations for upcoming meetings that will fall during the social distancing period
- Providing advice and researching options for clients who are facing non-cooperative facility vendors and helping them work through these issues
- Developing contingencies and virtual alternatives to regularly scheduled board meetings and calls
- Analyzing future budget impact in order to help the board make additional adjustments, where needed.
In addition, we have been making rapid adjustments to our staff and technology infrastructure. As of today, we have minimized the number of staff who remain in our office and have provided necessary technology and phone infrastructure to establish our work teams in a home environment. We are prepared to sustain this effort as long as is needed before we receive authorization from government authorities to resume regular office operations.
